Art Therapy

Bringing art therapy to the STAC community!!

Art therapy is a mental health profession in which the client uses art media, and the creative process to help explore their feelings, reconcile emotional conflicts, foster self-awareness, manage behavior and addictions, develop social skills, improve reality orientation, reduce anxiety, and increase self-esteem.(American Art Therapy Association, 2012)

As club, our purpose is to present these ideals to the STAC community through art therapy based activities.
